We are still in building stages with the truck itself but SO EXCITED to announce pop up events this summer. We will be doing outdoor "pop up" (tent style) events throughout the city until we get the truck fully running and cannot wait to share this menu with you!!

The food truck menu is a Vietnamese street food concept serving one of the most classic staples, BANH MI. What is banh mi you ask? Well its simply one of the most delicious anytime sandwiches grilled to perfection and displaying everything Vietnamese cuisine is known for. It sounds like a lot to live up to in a single sandwich, but we believe fresh ingredients and a lot of love make a banh mi extra tasty!!

 

It starts with a crispy french bread and stuffed with a grilled protein. We have a lemongrass chicken and a sticky jackfruit veggie option. It's topped with fresh cucumber, cilantro, pickled daikon carrots, and jalapeno.
